Cool things with wheels since 2006
Must be Italian with German springs.
It ran when I parked it!
$16,000 is the lowest I can go. That's less than I paid for it 40 years ago. Besides, they only made 497 of them.
Many years ago I visited some people on Tuckernuck Island. That's a little island off Nantucket, with no public access. It's divided into little farmsteads. Cars are brought over on a pair of motorboats, and never leave again. In one spot, a garage had collapsed, and in it were traces of an ancient, brass-era Buick. Nothing but rust, an engine block, and the little brass details, hubcaps and the like. It looked like one of those archeological sites where someone has dug up an ancient chariot. Alas, I had no camera, but the picture here is close except for the brass.Paige's comment is on the money. I've known a few people like that.
