John Deere tractors have been painted by the John Deere factory in Red with Silver rims for Nebraska Highway Dept, and Omaha Orange
And the 420 Industrials were painted yellow
and the 2240 left the factory in White
and in 1937 they painted a D model in gold to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the John Deere plow
and Iowa's Waterloo Parks Dept ordered one in red, bright crimson red, and the factory painted it that way, it was 1937 model BI
