stolen stuff is so easily disguised and impossible to figure out when some guy is selling at a swap meet, a craigslist sale, ebay motors, facebook market place, and a dozen other things where it just as easily could be legit, or stolen goods, or a chop shop getting their stuff moved.
Now go after the people that bought the stolen parts. They only do this because there are people that will knowingly buy stolen merchandise.
