Met a great guy today, a USMC vet, and this is the first car he bought, in high school, in the early 80s. Kissed his wife for the first time in this car on a date! Bought it for 800 bucks

10 inch rims in back, 7 in front. License plate? WNAB442. Cool damn car, I forgot to ask what year, but, I think it's a 68 or 69

I think it would be cool to read interviews of guys who have their 1st car, as long as that was a cool car, like this. This is the 2nd I've come across this month, the other was a 66 Mustang

  1. It's a 1970 Cutlass S

and now for a easy spotter guide and more info than you probably want...
1970-72 have the same bodies. 1968 and 69 bodies while similar, have a more protruding wheel arch.
1970 had square turn signals in the front bumper and 2 vertical taillights. The hood has a beak attached to the hood that extends down between the 2 grilles.
1971-72 have round turn signals in front. The beak is now attached to the grille and not the hood.
1971 taillights are 2 horizontal lights.
1972 taillights are similar to the 1971 but with added vertical dividers.
