Maybe the source screwed up, it's a delage. The fenders aren't Lincoln either. Hell, I just find, copy, paste, post, and move on. There isn't enough interest in this, or most posts, for me to waste hours vetting the info, double sourcing, or researching farther. Stick and move.
That radiator is Delage. Maybe it is a Model DI from the mid 1920s. The wheels though are definitely Ford Model A.
