Not Finland, it is Slovakia - part of what was Czechoslovakia - surrounded by Hungary, Poland, Czechia and Austria. I had to look it up myself. Zvolen is right in the middle of the country, near due north of Budapest Hungary, and south of Krakow, Poland.
