Why are cops still killing blacks, and how come there is no wave of protestors like a couple years ago?

A cousin of Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors was killed by LAPD when officers who showed up repeatedly used stun guns according to body-camera footage and his family’s account.

Footage from the 3 January encounter released on Wednesday showed that Keenan Anderson, a 31-year-old high school teacher and father, was begging for help as multiple officers held him down, and at one point said: “They’re trying to George Floyd me.”

One officer had his elbow on Anderson’s neck while he was lying down before another used a stun gun him for roughly 30 seconds straight before pausing and starting again for five more seconds.

He spent the last 10 years witnessing a movement challenging the killing of Black people. He knew what was happening.

An officer who first arrived to the car collision at about 3.30pm at Venice and Lincoln boulevards found Anderson in the middle of the road, saying: “Please help me.” The officer told him to go on the sidewalk, and issued commands, saying: “Get up against the wall.” Anderson held his hands up, responding: “I didn’t mean to. I’m sorry.”

Why was he tasered? Although he compiled with the officer’s commands at first, he appeared to be concerned with the officer’s behavior. Eventually, Anderson started to flee, at which point the officer chased him on his motorcycle, shouting “get down to the ground, now”, and “turn over on your stomach”.

However, I can cite examples, and give the links to reputable news outlets, to the facts of the cases where cops simply, or brutally, killed blacks with no provocation.
I think you know I can, as I've posted a lot of them.
And Chris Rock's video is 1/2 the length of time that the cop took to slowly kill George Floyd, slowly, deliberately, and with intent. Without provocation.
      That is only one example

    3. Here is a clip from the story - Eventually, Anderson started to flee, at which point the officer chased him on his motorcycle, shouting, “Get down to the ground, now,” and “Turn over on your stomach.” Anderson repeatedly responded, “Please help me,” and “They’re trying to kill me,” as multiple officers arrived and held him down. One of them placed his elbow and bodyweight on Anderson’s neck while he was lying with his back on the ground. At this point, the officer standing above him shouted, “Turn over or I’m going to Tase you.”

    4. so, either they killed him because they intended to from the start, and he knew it... OR, he was able to foresee the result of what he was going to do - and they were helpless to behave professionally under his magic spell. SO, could they have simply arrested him without intentionally tazing him to death? Yes. SO why didn't they?
