the plural of cul-de-sac, is culs-de-sac

Spelling is often weird, and trivia can be weird. 

Yesterday I learned that a person who owns many restaurants, is a restaurateur, and the damn spelling for that term has dropped the letter N. No idea why, except the French spell things for that pronounciation flair/affectation with a sneer
