A man in Quebec recently led police on a chase after he stole one of their cruisers while they were responding to a call. The chase ended when the man, reportedly in his 30s, crashed into a concrete barrier, and with the use of a spike strip.
The man resisted arrest and was able to succeed "for a short time, in commandeering an SQ patrol vehicle."
So while being arrested for stealing a police vehicle, he stole ANOTHER police vehicle, and even led the police on ANOTHER chase!
