How stupid do you have to be to try and drive across a flooded road? Correction, how stupid are you to try to cross one that is obviously too deep?

    In Arizona we have a "Stupid Motorist Law": The law, corresponding to section 28-910 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, states that any motorist who becomes stranded after driving around a barricade to drive through a flooded stretch of road may be charged for the cost of their rescue
