Deputy Charland contacted Massachusetts State Police, they agreed to help transport the specially-made tricycle to a 6-year-old boy with special needs ( Thanks Marc B! )

Massachusetts' Hampden County Sheriff's Department Deputy Robert Charland decided to take it upon himself to build the very specialized tricycle for Silas.

Deputy Charland builds and works on bikes, and is the founder of Pedal Thru Youth, a nonprofit that donates bikes to children.
