If you aren't familiar, Pep Boys is a car repair and service franchise, and Mannt Moe ans Jack are their 3 spokesguys. The company was founded in 1921 as a single unit auto supplies store in Philadelphia. It was just over a decade later, during the depression ridden 1930’s, that they were established as a chain that dominated the Philadelphia area
