also, looks like the shaker hood scoop hole is blacked off. And the "Muldon Ford Drag Club", what's that? A local club? Or a Ford sponsored East Coast touring dragster that gave performance clinics?
As you well know, the likelihood that's a true King Cobra are pretty slim. Could be the King Cobra callout on the rear is as accurate as the Welles Fargo sponsorship. That said, Muldon Motor Co. was a Ford dealer in Pensacola. I also read somewhere that one of the two King Cobras that Bud Moore purchased from Ford had the front end damaged and replaced with a stock '70 front end and sold. Of the existing three one has a Boss 429 motor, a Cobra Jet and a Super Cobra Jet.
