I agree, I also think it started as a '57 Ranch Wagon before the nose was T-birded. Probably by the time this custom was finished skinny whites were in during the early '60s.
It looks like a Tbird with a wagon roof grafted onto it. It has the wheelbase, rear fenders and door shape of the Tbird. The engine looks like a fuel injected 302, so it must have been built since the '90s.
