It is earlier than 1934, even though the fenders have skirts they are a later modification. It is either 1930 or 1931. I note the 'lt. wt.' (unladen weight?)is 7315 lb - so maybe it is a V16? One for the Cadillac experts.
Right, I was working from the hood ornament guide, and didn't look up exactly what this was... the 1931 seems pretty close with the visor over the windshield
