Tractor trailer refuses to pull over, 2 miles of being trailed, and having the siren and horns blare... they didn't pass him while waiting for a safe place to do so, the spot he finally pulled over is no different then any spot on the road before.

So now the follow up to this video is seeing the trucker getting a ticket for not yielding to the Emergency Responders like he should have. I saw several opportunities for the driver to do so, yet he seemed to ignore them. Wonder if said driver of the rig was texting?
