A video was recently recorded in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, and shared by Facebook user Rodney Schlapman.  In the video clip, a worker scrambles to the top of a truck to avoid a lunging bear. 

Another bear appears on the scene and both animals appear to run off, leaving the workers surprised but unharmed.
