the govt has figured out how to get someone else to fix the roads. Neglect and ignore them, until they're so bad, some Ferrari owner gets motivated to protect his car. In this case, rockstar Rod Stewart


The 77-year-old singer posted a video of shoveling gravel near his home in Harlow, Essex, saying: “I’m repairing the street near where I live because no one can be bothered to do it.”


 Stewart bemoaned the damage poor road maintenance could cause to his Ferrari.

    Actually he did it because an ambulance blew a tyre going down that road.
    Also it proved to be a good move getting the press there because the council are now going to fill the pot holes and have the road down to be resurfaced next year.
