Looking for an airliner experience without the airport hassle? If you're near LA you're in luck
Twice monthly, the interior of a warehouse in Pacoima, about 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, is transformed into a movie set-like version of an early 1970s Pan Am 747-200, complete with two-story cabin, flight attendants in vintage outfits, and pre-flight announcements. Tickets are sold in pairs, and the pricier Upper Class option includes a 6-course meal for $875 per couple.
