Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, Mazda, Nissan, Jaguar, and Land Rover all restore their old models. Why don't they build better new models, if people love the old ones so much they'd rather sink a fortune into them, than buy a new one?
We can't have the simple to work on cars from years ago. The Governments of the World say they were dangerous, polluted and were wasteful of precious Oil. We now have to have adjustable Valve Timing and or Compression ratios, Computer controlled transmissions, etc, etc,etc. The "Classic Car" is love by Observers, Drivers AND Gear Heads, the parts may be a little hard to find, but sometimes "that's the fun of it".
