the newest Bugatti concept car... frankly, it's just a race car, and who cares how fast it goes? No one is going to drive it anyway, the factory can't afford the insurance to allow any but a select handful to run it up to max speed just to set the record, then put it in storage/museum again.

Since these aren't even photo, but cgi instead, it doesn't even matter if the car actually exists to me. I'm just impressed with the look of the design
