Steve says it's alive and well and living in the New York State Museum in Albany, http://carzhunt.blogspot.com/2014/05/in-my-own-backyard-saratoga.html  and was named Shirley Lois Moon Girl by the guys that made it.

Odd.

Daniel and Floyd Hungerford built a rocket car, called the Shirley Lois Moon Girl, the first-ever such car to be legally licensed for the street.
