  1. The Staggerwing pic is reversed, look at the tail number.

    1. I know, that's because I wanted it that way, because a banner has that title and phrase, and they are stuck fixed in the upper left hand corner. Since I can't change where the words appear, I can flip the horizontal on the banner photo I choose for whatever day, so that the upper left corner isn't filled with the subject of the photo, and instead is basically a boring area of the photo, so the words don't obscure anything I want the viewers to see when looking at each day's new banner. Since the stagger wing was exceptional in color and design, I wanted to use it as a banner bad enough to put up with people telling me what I know, and they aren't aware of. Annoying, isn't it?

  2. There is a lot of really interesting stuff in that collection. I used to search Ebay for Champion or spark plug antiques and there are a lot of things in this collection that I have never seen before. It seems like every spark plug company had their own version of a counter top plug tester, and this man found a lot of different ones.

    1. In have been going through this collection more today, I didn't have the time on Friday to dive in... oh, this is the most incredible collection I've ever seen. I doubt anyone ever had a better collection of spark plugs or counter top displays from parts stores
Did you see that there are more than one link to the more than one day auction? Click on https://www.proxibid.com/Matthews-Auctions-LLC/auction-house/1602 for both days of auctions... I am still not done looking through

  3. No, I didn't notice the other day's auction. There is a lot of great petroliana there, with great graphics and containers.
