I wondered what the black wheels under the cab were for then I noticed the barely visible cables and clevises attached to the "trailer hitch". Apparently the "trailer" is an integral part of the vehicle and steering is done in an articulated fashion.
Now that is unique! Never saw one of those dudes before!
