well, it would help it go straight, so, it would decrease resistance, which would increase velocity, so, yeah, steerable rear axle ought to help!
Whose property are they tearing up ? bet it is not their own , we had a local road ripped to shreds by some Jeep Jerks , had been a good road then made impassable .
