I'm giving the kid credit for TRYING to be cool, trying real hard. He's got a great bike, so, he's got that at least. That, and ambition to have great biceps

we were all that self assured, and unwittingly goofy, once or twice. 

I hope he still looks at this photo now and then, and laughs. I also hope it wasn't in the slideshow at his graduation or marriage.
