hang onto a bad wiper blade, it's a good way to check and see if someone inspecting your car is doing a good job

not really "care assurance" when they gaff the inspection and lie about performing it. Notice that my wipers, the 4th line item, were rated good. They didn't even look at them. 

it's easy to see that the wiper is no good, when it leaves a streak

but anyone who doesn't need glasses can see RIGHT THROUGH this damn wiper
