here's a great fundraiser idea, for a charity - license plates that are state approved, but desirable to a large group of people

A Florida plate that will benefit Best Buddies International, which is described on its website as “the world’s largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of 2 million people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)"

Best Buddies is based in Miami, and the Best Buddies logo is a painting by the late pop artist Keith Haring.

This is pretty unusual, to the limited extent of my knowledge of pop culture, that a supremely talented and successful football legend (7 Superbowl wins) worth about $200 million, married to a supermodel 1/2 billionaire (he had to sign a prenup!!), donates time and public marketing (I hope he did something during this most recent season to raise more awareness of them during games, but I doubt the NFL greedy bastards allow any thing of the sort) for a charity that works to help the unfortunate people.
