It's very odd, but if you look there is shattered safety glass on the ground behind the car. This would indicate to me that the old safe was dropped on the car from a height. It's funny though that there is no shattered glass all over the place. so yes, I agree Jesse, it does look like staged public art.

DeleteThere is no license plate on the back of the car. It was probably moved there from a junkyard.
