When i worked at IBM there were very long corridors and open stock room areas that us expediters would use to entertain ourselves at break time. once in a while we'd pass each other in the hallways, providing management didn't see us. Boy we'd catch hell for that. The trick part was getting it to stop. "Is it possible for a man, or woman, to walk by a pallet jack without strongly consider using it like a scooter?" No. LET'S RIDE!
When we got electric ones at the post office, we raced those too. Management hated it.

I truly believe that is why we have only forklifts where I work. We would be racing!!!!
