Check out the fender cover with torque spec info....


why the hell doesn't anyone make fender covers with useful info anymore? Gasket part numbers, timing specs, basic stuff too, like water pump part number, fan belt #, compression per cylinder so you can check later to see if it's getting less as the rings wear down, oil pump part #, etc. Whatever else a guy wants to have handy so he doesn't have to find the notes he wrote down once upon a time

I don't think so, I believe they simply sawed off a piece that could be easily replaced so that the tires would have space to grow at high rpm, weight transfer when accelerating from a stop and the body would be pushed closer to the rear tires, and possibly even simpler tire swaps without the fender closing off the top area of the tire

  4. I have too many rides, I use a magic marker to write on the underside of the hood with the dates and oil-air-filter #'s...Plugs..etc...
    I have so much paperwork around here I can never find when it's needed..
