This Charger R/T has the exact same rims and tires my 71 Challenger had in 1993

 

I shit you not, I had N50 Pro Trac Racing Profiles... on 10" slotted mags. I bought them new from a guy who'd bought them for his 69 Road Runner, then he found they wouldn't fit. I first had them on my Dakota, then put them on my Challenger

    Is that fender flares on the rear of the Challenger?

      yes, there was a law that the tires couldn't extend past the body, they had to be covered so they wouldn't kick up stones that would fly into traffic behind... really, it was a version of that old "no hot rods! No fenderless cars!" legacy
