I happened to be driving past the San Diego PD gun range on Federal Blvd, and noticed all the expired registrations on the cars INSIDE the fenced and gated area. No one is surprised to find that there are so many cops ignoring expired registrations INSIDE the SDPD property, in eyesight of the parking enforcement meter maid scooters
