notice the registration is 3 years expired. Caused me to wonder if it makes sense that someone that wasn't keeping the registration current, also wasn't paying attention to it falling off. It made me think that someone could easily use this to prank someone... just put it on a car, and get them ticketed. Yeah, I know. Who would even think of such a thing, right? Lol
