Tesla used a simple work around to get dealerships across America, avoiding the law (?) that prevents car makers from selling direct to customers, by partnering with Native American tribes and setting up dealerships on tribal lands (not subject to the US Govt laws)

Tesla circumvent the law about automakers not selling directly to the public in a handful of states.

It's obvious, just use the same work around as the casino corporations, get in business with tribes, and be off limits to the US Govt and it's laws.

If Tesla wants to solidify a good relationship with that small minority of the US population, they will NOT screw this up, they will be honest, pay well, and give good benefits to the employees on the res.

I was born, raised, and went to high school on the border of the Baraga reservation (Affleck made a movie about their casino)
