Jeff Norwell's Ford got a full page in Hot Rod Magazine, and it's not even done yet!

I think the engine he's put together for it is a 1966 428 topped by a 406 tri-power induction complete (manifold and carbs) that had never been on a car. It's matched to a Ford Top Loader 4 spd
