Anti-oil protesters in London vandalized showroom windows of Bentley, Ferrari, and Bugatti dealerships

London police arrested two activists from the Just Stop Oil protests after they splattered orange paint across the front of Ferrari, Bugatti and Bentley car dealerships with fire extinguishers in locations in the affluent Mayfair neighborhood of London’s West End

Since April 1, Just Stop Oil supporters have been arrested 1,900 times, with seven of their supporters currently behind bars.

Just Stop Oil activist protestors Emma Brown, 31, and Carmen Lean, 28, had traveled from Scotland to perform the stunt to demand that the government stop all new oil and gas permits and permits. Brown,  from Glasgow, said: ‘We have come from Scotland to demand another turnaround from this toxic government at Westminster."

  2. Going by train means they went electric all the way. Can't tell if the electricity was made by renewables, uranium or coal, though.

    1. they let her on the train with a spray container full of unidentified liquid ?

Wonder why she didnt vandalize the train she rode on?
petroleum was used in manufacturing the train cars and locomotives
, likely lots of fiberglass for the bodies and seats and insulation for the electric wires etc etc, it is NOT POSSIBLE have a modern society without affordable petroleum. just not possible.
wonder if the food shes spent her entire life eating had pesticides and petroleum based fertilizer used on it?
you dont suppose the tractor on the farms that plowed and planted and harvested used fossil fuel like diesel ?
I guess this idiot chick doesnt know that food was transported in trucks powered by diesel, in refrigerated trailers that use diesel powered cooling units to keep the food from spoiling?
on highways made from asphalt which is petroelum?
on tires made from petroleum? in air tight packaging made from petroleum?

wonder if the water shes spent her entire life drinking was purified with petroleum based chemicals or filters made from petroleum ?

wonder if anyone in her gang of thugs has ever taken any medicine or antibiotics made from petroleum? even had any medicine dispensed using syringes made from plastic, ? wonder if this idiot knows everything thats plastic is made from oil?

do these idiots know that solar panels and windmills are made from oil? transported using oil powered vehicles, installed using oil powered cranes, full of wiring insulated with oil based plastic? they are even designed on computers that are manufactured with a lot of petroleum .

  3. I doubt they're completely unaware of all the useful things oil are being used for, and that completely avoiding the use of oil based products is virtually impossible in a modern society.

Doing the stunt they did is a very visible way of protesting against the all but essential use of oil, probably (I'm guessing here) mixing it with a disdain for a political & economic system they feel is grossly unfair. As symbols for all of the above, Ferrari, Bugatti and Bentley car dealerships are easy targets.
