Something odd about this. Only one of the cars shows a front registration (British). Those uniforms are definitely not usual 50s/60s UK. I can't find any reference to 'British Films Ltd' on the building in the background, though they might be a small production company. I'm guessing they were making some sort of futuristic advert for film or TV (in the snow).
I remember GLEEM tooth paste. Like the Messerschmitt's the tooth paste isn't around anymore.
