  2. That plate is from Paulding County (Cobb here) and is that a lifted Rover? I wouldn't be shocked at all to see a jacked up Rover tooling around Dallas. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, Hiram & Dallas would be first places I'd expect to find a muddy Rover. It's not exactly Martha's Vineyard over there and I think the owner prefers it that way.
