Looks like a Rockwell painting, love that gas can

  1. It is a Rockwell, that's at the top of the hill at DERBY DOWNS. The Soap Box Derby hill in Akron, Ohio. The finish line is to the right and looking straight thru the building is the Goodyear Air Dock where all the Dirigibles and blimps were built and housed over the years.

    1. Umm, this is a photo. It looks like the composition and content of a Norman Rockwell, but I was commenting on how it's a rare moment that has the scenery of a Rockwell painting.
      Yes, I see the soap box derby sign in the top middle.
      I didn't realize that the soapbox derby happened at the Goodyear facility though, so thanks!

  2. Sorry, I wasn't very clear. Derby Downs and the Air Dock are neighbors. This building is on top of the hill and the finish line is to the right. Bottom of the hill is the Akron Rubber Bowl to the right. The Air Dock is west of the hill, google earth the Akron Rubber Bowl.
