That's nothing. A few years back I passed a pair of one ton pickup trucks traveling west of Junction City of I70. Both had trailers about 40 feet long loaded with round hay bales. The Ford was pulling the Dodge that was strapped to the Fords trailer. They were running about 45 mpg+-.
