a residential street that is in such horrible condition, that they put up safety cones so you drive around (instead of fixing the damn problem) a pair of bad pieces of road

    Saw pictures of a guy who got tired of cities not fixing the potholes...so he proceeded to spray paint giant dicks around them. Apparently, that upset enough people and the calls to fix the dick issue prompted City Hall to fix the potholes!!
