Must have been funny for the tow truck drivers to have to help the cops out with a push up the slippery road while towing out cars that went off the road


one of the most unique real world photos I've come across, in the realm of just a day on the job.

Back when bumpers were chrome covered steel, and tow trucks were called wreckers, and they had big rubber or wood pads on their front bumpers for pushing other cars.... sometimes those pads were bug sections of junk tires, row after row of tire treads.
