If a car is moving along on the freeway, and hits a stationary car, killing the people inside, who is at fault? A trial in June will decide. Why? Because a cop was driving, and hit the immobile car. So, he's blaming the drunk that make that car stationary

“Detective Rowe, driving a city-owned vehicle, struck a disabled vehicle on the freeway causing the death of two occupants and injuries to the third,” reads the claim filed by Levi’s attorney Reetha Haynes-Garretty.

The families of the deceased men and the injured woman in the stationary disable car sued the city of San Diego, the police detective Rowe, and the drunk driver Levi in September for the death of their son and disfigurement of their daughter.

When the drunk driver left the Toyota disabled in the middle lanes of I-15 moments later, SDPD Detective Richard Rowe, just off his shift at the department, collided with the Toyota, igniting the car in flames.

The crash killed Jesus David Dominguez and Isaac Felix, while severely injuring Jiovanna Dominguez.

So the trial will determine if a cop who can't avoid a car sitting still is at fault, or, is the drunk person that hit that car and made it immobile.

Might as well see if the potholes that break a cars suspension and wheels and makes this hypothetical car stop moving is to blame for the death of the people inside, when a hypothetical cop comes along and hits the hypothetical stationary car, and kills the people inside. I'm guessing the cop will walk regardless, so long as there is anything or anyone else to blame.

Cops are never found guilty, just a look at the news shows that I have ample evidence of that, just look at Krug in Buffalo
