in 1967, a couple guys got a couple vending machine doors, and 55 years later the Coca Cola hot rod is selling for 1/3rd a million dollars if anyone with that much moolah needs this museum piece that much.

Glen Yeary and Steve Tansy made this custom creation, and Yeary is selling it.

Yeary and Tansy were provided the two real Coca-Cola vending machine doors, used a bottle crate for the kick board, a pair of bottles for the tail lights, and a lot of polish on the engine. Strange that they didn't use a cooler for the gas tank trunk. The fountain spigot for the radiator ornament is a nice touch though

  1. That Red Door doesn't make it worth what they plan on selling it for. Then again there is always seems to be someone with deep pockets that just has to have it and writes a check. It could ne replicated for much less in my opinion. Oh Well!
