A battered Austin Seven appeared on the roof of Cambridge University overnight in June 1958, when 12 engineering students hoisted an Austin Seven to the top of the Senate House (thank you Steve!)

They found a derelict Austin Seven van in Harston and towed it into Cambridge, they took out the engine and removed the wheels to make it light enough to winch up to the roof, and hauled it up using cables and scaffolding they'd stolen from King's College.

  2. Probably where Adelaide Uni students got the idea to suspend a FJ Holden from the Uni footbridge. Famous stunt for uni student "prosh week" here in Adelaide. Sorry, can't post link, but online no doubt.
