Most two-wheeled tractors ploughing simultaneously

On 29 August 2011, 23 British and Irish ploughmen achieved this record at an event organized by the George Holt’s Iron Horse Tractor group. The record-setting attempt took place at Wey Manor Farm in New Haw, Byfleet, Surrey, UK.

The tractors used were 21 orange-coloured vintage Iron Horse Tractors manufactured from 1939 to 1958 by the British Anzani Engineering Company and two green-coloured Trusty Tractors manufactured by Tractors London.

They were all pedestrian-controlled, two-wheeled machines of similar power and size. All tractors ploughed simultaneously in their individually allotted plots at a minimum depth of 4 in (12.07 cm) for a minimum period of five minutes making the event one for the record books.
