Looks like a late 60's early 70's model Jesse. Boy that was a smart looking truck. This one's in pretty damn good shape it seems. That license plate been a round the block a few times now, ain't it? ;)
Would that year be a black license plate? It's hard to tell with all of the rust.
probably, there is no paint to see if it's blue and yellow, the follow up to the black and yellow
