Wait whaaaa? Yes of course I know what it is you silly gaffer. It's an oil can opener/pour spout. I've got three of them in my garage.
I have a set of 3, different sizes.. I still have an old can of Quaker Oil to use them on. I think it makes a nice little shelf display
They worked great on the all metal cans but when they changed to the cardboard sided cans they cardboard would crush sometimes when the point on the opener started getting dull. It sucked!
I remember that Dale, that was a pain. Oil all over the place.
