at 1130 local time, a quarter section of the upper floor of a 2 level parking garage collapsed in Irving, Texas, on the 4500 block of Fuller Drive. The Irving Fire Department has confirmed there are 21 vehicles damaged, no people found in the rapid response search

A primary search of the garage had been completed and found no people were hurt, and rescue crews were planning a secondary search.
